This is a great course, with some tough Par 5's - especially the 3rd with its blind approach. The 13th provides stunning views over the cliffs to Ireland. The 10th is an interesting play too, requiring an accurate tee shot but with a chance of a birdie. On the eastern side of the Rhins of Galloway, on the shores of Loch Ryan, is situated the 18-Hole Stranraer Golf Course. Designed by 5 -Times Open Champion James Braid. A demanding but enjoyable course with some challenging shots. Clubhouse, lounge and bar with panoramic views, dining room, TV lounge, visitor locker rooms, Ladies' secure handbag lockers, showers, and golfing supplies. An Course & Hotel open to non-residents. The course offers a challenging game. The 7th Green lays claim to being one of the best Par 5's in Wigtownshire. Clubhouse offers a Bar and Dining Facilties. Set alongside the shores of Luce Bay, this coastal course offers 18 holes. The play here has an added factor; a good sea breeze! Close to the Dunskey course is
the 9-Hole Par 27 course of Dinvin. Ideal for the beginner, this course is a 'Pay & Play'. Club House at Dunskey features a Lounge, Bar, Dining Room. Other clubhouse facilities include changing, shower room and drying
storage. Junior Room with TV. Galloway Golfing Holidays can arrange discounts on Green fees for our clients, and can also arrange food and drink at the clubhouse for your party.
