With five bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, disabled access, off road parking, patio and balcony, Number 10 is ideal for the larger family or golfing party. On the lower level is a large lounge-diner-kitchen, whilst upstairs is to be found another large lounge-diner-kitchen with patio to the front overlooking the Irish Sea and Portpatrick. Fully equipped and furnished to the highest standards, this really is a luxury cottage. The downstairs area has a very large lounge-diner-kitchen and walk-in pantry. All furnishings are new and to the highest standards. The patio is just outside, ideas for al-fresco dining. All of the five bedrooms are decorated, furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Most bedrooms have either sea views or open countryside aspects, all are en-suite. For those wanting a smaller property, Ben Ma Cree, Clanna Susiadh and Graeme An Tiaoseach are a mere 50 metres up the road.
